When I bought this car the horn and cruise control didn't work. When I checked it, the horn fuse was blown, the speed control fuse was fine. I replaced the horn fuse. Horn still won't honk, cruise control still won't even turn on.

What, besides a fuse could be the problem?
The clockspring on the steering column would cause this. It is behind the steering wheel.
