2002 sable air conditioning issue

my 2002 sables air conditioner is blowing out hot air only. the blower fan is blowing fine. i checked all the related fuses and relays and they are ok. the system worked fine until about a week ago. i had the car parked outside during a severe thunderstorm... and it wasnt working after that. i recently replaced the blower fan and fixed the water going into the blower fan service bulletin issue concerning this model. thanks paul ,let me know if you need more info

Hello and good day:

All you did was Reset the PCM unit to it's Default Stage.

Did you get any CEL(check engine light)??

Sounds like you may have a bad temp. blend door actuator. Does it have Auto temp control???

Re: 2002 sable air conditioning issue

It is possible that the compressor clutch got too wet, and could not pull in to engage the compressor. You would have to look at the clutch to see if it was moving to know.
