2004 FORD TAURUS WITH P0300&P0316 CODES

MY TAURUS HAS A BAD MISFIRE/HESITATION WHEN PUSHING ON GAS PEDAL. A MONTH AGO, I HAD SOME CODES AND WAS TOLD TO REPLACE COIL PACK FROM AUTOZONE... EVERYTHING WAS FINE. ONE MONTH LATER, IT STARTS AGAIN. THIS TIME I AM ABLE TO GET PASS 20 MPH BUT CANT PUSH THE GAS PEDAL VERY HARD OR IT STARTS JUMPING. I TOOK IT BCK TO AUTOZONE AND THEY GAVE ME THESE 2 CODES.. MY RESEARCH POINTS TO "CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR" ANY THOGHTS, AND IF SO ON SENSOR, WHERE THE HECK IS IT.:)))

IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP..

Hello and good day:

P0300 means there is a random cylinder misfire.

P0316 Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)

There is a TSB out on this issue (common problem). You need to take the car in, this maybe set by a bad cylinder head. Compression test
needs to be run on the car to see if the head is leaking. Here is the actual TSB: LINK
