2005 taurus sel trany prob
here are some observations, the car dont run pass 3rd gear and the chech transmition ligth comes on usually , the car shakes bet 60-70mph, it used to just accelerate on is own as if i just enable the cruise control and wouldn't stop unless i put it in neutral and floor the gas pedal a couple of times. I took it to an auto parts store to run a diagnosis and the codes showed only that it has missfire on 4 , the guy checked the wires and found one loose, other that that guys runs ok if under 55mph with no hesitation and lots of power. Can anyone help with comments before i take it in. OH also on the dashboard i notice it doesnt show me the driving dirrection like before (weather u driving North south etc).
