Hi there. I'm brand new to Ford Forums. My 2007 SE has been acting up lately. On start up it turnsover sluggishly...then after it starts, the speedo and tach both tick backwards erratically for a moment and none of the other needles jump up. When the 2 big needles stop ticking, the rest go to regular range? It just started a couple days ago. Happened about 3 times, then quit for about 3 times. Then started acting up again.
Any advise? Sensor, computer, something esle? Much appreciated.

That car is only 3 years old. See if it has any warranty. Called driveability warranty.
You have an electrical problem " It turns over sluggishly". I dought you will fix this at home. Do you know what to look for ? Do you know where to look ? Could be as simple as a bad battery, bad alternator, or as serious as a bad dash. Without seeing the car
and doing the proper tests it's anyones guess. And i do mean guess. You can replace all the sensors and computers you want to the tune of thousands with labour and not fix it.
Have it properly checked out with hopefully someone or some shop that actually knows
what they are doing.
