New to this site. Have a 96 Sable with the 3.0 DOHC engine. Yesterday morning out of blue started running bad. Starts to rev and buck like it is fuel starved. Changed air filter and in-line fuel filter last night. This morning did same thing, runs great until it warms up. Thinking it might be EGR or the other motorized valve on top of intake. Any help is appreciated!!! It's wife's car so I don't have to tell you what I'm going through!

If the check engine light is not on, then it is most likely a fuel delivery problem.

I would hook a fuel pressure guage to the fuel rail and monitor the pressure. It may be a bad pump.
