i have 93 taurus that will now start the body control module makes a loud noise i replaced it an it still didnt start any help would be great new to site..

Body control module??? Not on a 1993 Taurus. Whichever module you did replace, where was it located, what does it look like??? Does the vehicle crank but not start or does it just not crank??? If it does not crank do the warning lights stay on when the key is in the start position??? Which engine, 3.0L Vulcan, 3.8L, 3.0L SHO or 3.2L SHO??? Is the battery good??? More info please, much more info!!!

sorry its a 94 bro and its a 3.8L the battery is new lights dont turn and yeah its cranks but wont turn over.. and the thing i changed was a little black box that sits on top of the raditor support sort of...

That's the Constant Control Relay Module (PCM, Fuel pump, Fan relays) Check the pins for the CCRM connector- they can get corroded. Check the basics- spark, fuel pressure, etc. Check for codes.
