Need Help, tested everything and CCRM seems to be OK but still no power to cooling fan or AC clutch. Please help

Do you have power to the pressure switch? What engine?

I have not checked the pressure switch, the engine is a 3.8L. I have gone through and checked all pin outs per All Data and also additional pin outs found on this forum for the CCRM. I am getting voltage at pin 24 the PCM input but just no outputs from the CCRM on any of the relay outputs: AC clutch, low fan, high fan. I have not checked the fuel pump output but the car does start and runs. According the schematic the fuel pump will run without the CCRM. Thanks for responding.

With the key on you should have power to pins, 3, 4, 8, 12, 13, 24. How about the grounds? Pins 15, 15, 18.

OK, I have power to all pins listed above. I have ground on pins 15 and 18. I have replace the engine coolant temp sensor and still the same result. However when I jumper battery positive to pin 17 on the CCRM for High Fan control the relay clicks and the fan kicks on. Also when I remove the wire harness from the engine coolant temp sensor the fan kicks on. What else can I try? I have a pressure gauge to test the AC for the pressure switch.
