DeeCee Registered User Join Date: Sep 2008 Posts: 5	97 Taurus-No Spark While Cranking I have a 97 Taurus 3.0U engine. It sometimes will not have spark when trying to start. When it does start it runs fine and after it runs for a while it will start everytime. I've replace the CKP, and cleaned connections and grounds. I've probed wires and it it for sure not sparking at the plugs. I think everything is OK except when cranking. I'm wondering if there is a voltage drop somewhere. Can anyone tell where to start looking? I'm about to set fire to this car.
