I have a 98 sable (7/97) that is possessed. The headlights wont turn off even with the key off and the headlight switch off. None of the other lights are on (ie dash, tail,etc) just the headlights. I even unplugged the turn signal switch thinking the high beam switch was stuck on. No luck. only way to get them to go off is to unplug the battery. Is there a relay that could have gone bad or do i need to call an exorcist??

Do you have daytime running lights?

If you do have daytime running lights, unplug the module behind the grill and bumper to see if they go off.

Thank you for your reply MM. It was the DRL module. Crazy how that stuff can go screwy, huh?
