I was wondering if there are any easy way to tackle these, I have 2 out and would like to change them out. Dash is getting hard to see at night. I figure it's best to change all if I have it out.

This is on a Mustang speedo gear replacement but it's very similar on your car.

Hi I have replaced my dash lights with Leds many types are available on ebay.

They usually have a resistor load included in the package (470 ohms). They only work
fitted one way so just reverse the connection polarity by turning 180 degrees.

For turn indication a Flash relay prefitted with a resistor is best the none resistor leds can be used thru-out the car. The brightest leds are SMD flat leds (Surface Mount Device), not the round ones.

Shop around and get advice on web searches is a good idea.
