needing help

I have received a new radio for my 1999 ford taurus and the in dash unit i currently have is all electronic and I want to put the aftermarket radio in but I have looked all over for the kit and every one keeps telling me that you can not get a kit for this because of the electronic part of it. Is there anyway that I can customize the unit that is in there so that I can put a different radio in?

But those are all for the rotary climate controls mine has the electronic with buttons and I am looking for advise on customizing the one I have in at the present time since they do not make and aftermarket one. And I was also given info about mounting it below in the console area in front of the shifter.

There is no kit for that model with the Electronic Climate Control.

Under dash kit? That would look like crap, but I suppose it can be done.

when you say under dash kit why would you say it would look like crap if it is custom fit where the ash try would be?
