One the fuse panel located inside, check fuse #28.
A fuse can appear to be good, but actually be blown. You can either replace the fuse or use a multimeter to test the fuse.
Pull the fuse, with the meter in the OHM (Ω) position, check for continuity between the two blades. Or with the meter in Volt DC position, ground the black lead, and with the ignition on, probe the two test points at the end of the fuse with the red lead and test for voltage at both points.
