After a check-up at a dealer, it was deduced that there is a fault with the ECU. What i need to know if this is a hardware or a software issue, and will it have further impact. Moreover, how can this problem be fixed. Thanks in advance

Could you please provide some additional information about your car?

Make, Model, year, engine type, and Size....In some models the Cooling/Heating fan will always run on low when the Eugine is on...and the AC/heat selector switch is in a position.
