Hi All. I'm not a car guy, so go easy on me. The last time I took my car in for service, The dealer told me that the engine had oil leaks and tranny leaks. I Had never noticed any fluid under the car So I bought some NO-LEAK and poured all of it into the crank case. I couldn't get the whole bottle into the tranny. Do you think the Dealership is just saying things to get me to fix it?? Or are they being honest?? I am going to get my oil changed and the coolant flushed in a few days. It will be interesting to see what they say. If they are right, is there anything I can do to fix it? Do you think that store bought products like NO-LEAK is worth the trouble??

I would at least get another opinion or look under the car yourself. You could have a trans output shaft seal leak that won't drip.

I do not trust most dealer's or their service departments.

Get it on a lift, take a look yourself.

Be careful not to overfill your transmission.
