Doorlocks too quick - Ford Forums

"95 Taurus GL doorlocks have always locked within 30 sec of starting - not time enough to scrape frost. Too bad if I havent lowered window to get back in. Anyway to disable or slow lock time to reasonable 5 min?

Sounds like you have some sort of aftermarket alarm or remote entry system. Go to a car stereo installer to have it checked out. Ford never put anything like this in their car from the factory.
