Ok guys. Over the weekend my transaxle light came on. I took it to the trans shop and had it looked at. This is a list of codes I got. 1 trans and 3 engine codes.
1. PO741 "Torque converter clutch system stuck off"
The guys said they drove the car and can not tell that there is anything wrong with it. Unsure on what to do?
2. PO460 "Fuel level sensor circuit fault"
I didn't ask, but I believe this is the Flex Fuel Mod located under the dash. I was told this previously, I just have not been able to find out how to change this out. was told it is basically a "plug in" type module.
3. PO401 "EGR Insufficient Flow"
I have a Haynes manual, and I know where the EGR valve, vacuum solenoid, and the backpressure sensor are located. Is there more to this code than just replacing those?
4. P1151 There is some writing I can't read, but he said they are the O2 sensor codes. I am not too sure about changing these out. Also, I didn't see this code in the book, and there is also talk about upstream/downstream heated sensor codes. Is there more to this than the manal shows?
I know this is a lot, but any help is appreciated. I plan on doing what i can by myself so any tips would be nice too. So, whatever I can get here, tips, links, sites, etc will be greatly appreciated

Hello and good day:
The P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2.
Now for the other codes you listed....Im not the expert to ask...I will send off a P/M to several of the Moderators here like (Jwko, Chipset, Tbird, Shoz) they are more adverse in troubleshooting this problem.
One more thing...May I ask what is the car doing?? Is the CEL (check engine light) just coming on, and giving you these codes??
Also May I suggest you try clearing the codes, and see if they come back on...clearing the codes in the PCM...can be done by disconnecting the Neg Post on the Battery...waiting for about 6-7 minutes, then re-connecting it. Or you can take it to your nearest Advance Auto Have them Read, and then reset.
Good luck and good repairing.

Actually, the engine light isn't coming on. It did before, and we got the oxygen sensor code and the TC code. Had a little work done on it, not the O2, but the light went off and hasn't been back on. Maybe it gave up on me HAHA.
My gas gauge(needle) isn't working. Was told more than likely it is the under dash module, or could possibly be in the tank. Not too concerned with that, just have to watch the mileage.
The TC was kicking out hard, but put some Shudder Stop(?) and that has made that stop, but I am still getting the TC code. I am gonna try 1 more place and see what they say.
The car does surge a little when accelerating at take off, not all the time, but the trans guy noticed it also.
Was told today by my mechanic, well the guy that runs the place, that he would be more worried about finding out the TC problem more than anything, of course, I agree. BUT, until someone can figure out something other than the code, am I just stuck waiting?
