Saw this earlier ... difficult for me to believe that Ford would leave the "full-size" car market completely, unless they have something in the works.....
Like it said in the article. We can't get them. Built at the same plant as th explorer now but orders don't seem to get filled. It's hard to sell a product you don't have.
I hope not. I like the current Taurus's styling and it is comfortable and dislike the current Fusion (no V6 available, seats are too firm, styling reminds me too much of the Contour and 96-00 Taurus). I don't get why these Tauruses have been unpopular compared to the Impala. The W-bodied Impala was very uncomfortable, had no room or power, the interior was CHEAP, and it wasn't that much cheaper than a Taurus. While the new Impala is better than it was, I still prefer the current Taurus. The Taurus has more room than the Charger in both the trunk and interior and is more practical for those who live who have to deal with snow but don't want AWD (this is coming from a Chrysler fan).
