When turning on the hazard lights (4-ways), the left side blinks but the right side doesn't. Put the turn signal lever in the "right turn" position, and then the Right-Side hazard lights start blinking normally. ?!? What's wrong -- turn signal switch? Hazard switch??
If the Flasher Relay was bad, wouldn't none of the bulbs flash (instead of just half of them not flashing)? I'll give it a try, though. Beats replacing the switches inside the column.
Let me know what happend,I have the same weird problem.

Then again, it may not be fully plugged in- make sure the connector is pushed on all the way on the Flasher. Otherwise, if you replace it and it doesn't fix it than the most likely cause is the multifunction switch.
