Hi, I am a new member and have a question about my 1997 Taurus.
Over the winter (-20 or lower) I had a concern with daytime driving lights not coming on, this is a standard feature on cars in Canada.
Now that it's warmed up they are working again, but from time to time the high beam warning light on the dash comes on, if I turn the light switch on and off the warning light goes off.
Could this be a faulty switch, and if so does anybody know how to replace it?

Since posting this article back in April, there has been no response.
I have now found out that it's the daytime driving light module or sensor that needs replaceing.
Does any know where this part is located on the Taurus GL (1997) and how to replace it.
