You need to look at the FRPREAB PID value with a scan tool. Key on engine off should be more than 1 or less than 150. Less than one replace the Rail pressure sensor (they're calling it a compuvalve) more than 150 is high pressure, if bleeding off the system then repressurising is over 150 replace the sensor.
