If the tire has been kept for several years in the warehouse, I think it is not good to be used because the rubber is becoming old. So how to check the date of manufacture on the tire?

It's stamped into the sidewall, 3 digit code on pre-2000 stuff, 4 digit code 2000-up. If I remember right, First 2 digits on 4 digit system are the year, second 2 are week. 3 digit is the same, except the first digit is the year. Look for dry cracks on the rubber, in betwen tread and on sidewalls.

I used to work in a tire shop, we had tires that were many years old on the shell and under close inspection they looked fine.
