Well thanks to a low life a couple wks ago I went outside to see my driver side mirror hangin via the wires. I did it the cheap thing and use duck tape to tape it up then use black tape to make it not look so bad. I just bought a replacement mirror and it came in all black but I would like to know is there a way to paint these mirrors?

Use good masking tape to tape off the glass. Suspend the mirror with a wire in your garage. Clean the mirror with alcohol to get your fingerprints off of it. Spray the mirror with plastic-rated primer. Wait for it to cure. Then buy a can of touch up paint to match your car and spray the color. Let it cure. Then spray it with clear coat.
