$25 isn't bad. A similar brand in Canada will run in the $50 range. $25 is a good deal! Especially if a shop has to remove the pan and try to turn it from the inside. Vice-grips should work just fine for you though and I'd try that first. If not, get the set. Shops charge hourly, so I'd guess at least $50 for them to remove the bolt if they do it quickly. If not, well count on close to $100. Vicegrips are a lifesaver.
