ok heres the deal, i have a 99 se with a duratec, i was installing a new cone filter to replace my stock boxed intake, and i saw some type of liquid in the black rubber intake tube, turn out to be oild that backfried or came up outa the engine, so i take off all the pressure hoses and remove the entire tube from the intake manifold, i open the throttle manually and stick my finger in and its brwon with oil-like liquid, im not sure how long this has been going on for because i only owned the car for less than a month, wat should i do, should i take apart the manifold myself and try and clean it out, how can i prevent further damage, wat type of damage is exactly occuring, have no clue wat to do but extremely pissed becaUse i like this car and dont want to have any big issues

....another smaller problem i have is with the power steering, there was a new pump installed when i bought the car but whichever idiot installed it put the white plastic ring on the outside of the pump when it should have been on the inside, this was fixed at the mechanic, but now every time i turn i get this loud grinding round, this sounds stupid but its like my car farts very loudly when i turn right, it only happens when i turn right, the wheel doesnt have any abnormal resistance so i doubt there is any restriction in the wheel-well, any ideas...im all up for suggestions...thanx for the help
