oil in dash

I have oil dripping onto my gas pedal, What in the dash of a 93 SHO mtx would have oil going to it? If anyone has an idea, it would be a great help.

Re: oil in dash

No oil pressure gauge, just a light and it is on the other side. Thanks

It was the speedo cable, any ideas on fixing this, is there a seal or does the cable need to be replaced?

There's seals in the gearbox end of the cable, usually a flat seal & a small o-ring seal on the inner cable.

Re: oil in dash

Fond out from Ford that the speed sensor was the problem, the seal was is there. New from Ford $59, new from aftermarket $35. Hope to get it in by this week-end.
Thanks, Allen
