Got that code but it's seems to be running ok. It says it's "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Malfunction" which means what in English. Also the airbag light keeps blinking.

What are the flashes on the air bag light? Count them to see what code it shows.

It flashes 12. 1,2 so it's 12 I assume.

EGR was a generic code... P0401. I'll just replace it annd see what happens..... had to do the same for my wife's minivan. Thanx for the air bag info.

Bert, I still have the DTC 12 code but it says I should have a 10a fuse when it has(and shows on the fusebox cover) a 5a. I'm guessing the 10a is for the Mustang. I don't have a voltmeter but I did remove the fuse and try to clean the blades. It still flashed the code. How would I fix that even if I knew that the voltage is low?

You have to find where the drop in voltage is. You need a meter to test the system.

I thinnk I have the EGR thing fixed but the airbag is still a problem. I replaced the fuse with a 10 amp and now it flashes 5-2 instead of 1-2 for about 4 times then it stays on. Any ideas?
