For a few weeks now when starting the car in the morning with the heat on, car idles and then sputters a bit when warming up. Once driving or even starting up during the day everything is fine. This morning same issue, outside temp 0 degrees. Had to hit the gas pedal to keep it from stalling while warming up. Car ran fine afterward but CEL came on. Evening time, again very cold I started the car without the heat on and idled better. Codes read p1131 and p1151. List of many solutions. Every few months I get code for small vacuum leak and taking off fuel cap and putting it back on clears the problem. Not sure if this is the same issue. Any clues where to start would be helpful.
