po156 code HELP!

Ok... so far i have replaced 3 sensors on my car. The egr sensor. and both o2 sensors.
PO156 = bank 2 sensor 2.
I still got a service engine soon light on and i got the same freakin code. besides replacing the cat. does anyone know what next steps i should take?

Post the year, make, and model. Also the engine size (3.0L 12V or 24V).

Which 3.0L. Duratec or Vulcan??? I'll make it idiot proof. Look at you VIN number. If the 8th digit is U then you have the 3.0L Vulcan (12V). If it is S than it is a 3.0L Duratec (24V).

Bank #2 is the side closest to the radiator. Sensor 2 is the O2 sensor farthest from the engine (downstream). Also check the wiring.

i switched both the o2 sensors. and a egr ..... its not the sensors you know anytrhing about cats?

P0161 HO2S Sensor Circuit Malfunction (HO2S-22) Detailed Description
During testing the HO2S Heaters are checked for opens/shorts and excessive current draw. The test fails when current draw exceeds a calibrated limit and/or an open or short is detected.

Possible causes :-
Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S.
Water in harness connector.
Open VPWR circuit.
Open GND circuit.
Low battery voltage.
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring.
Damaged HO2S heater.
Damaged PCM.
