I have a 04 taurus sel with a 3L duotech,none of the power windows work except for the sun roof.All fuses are good.Also how do you remove the inside door panel properly with out breaking anything.thanks for any help.

OK, under the door panel pull (not the inside handle to open the door) there are 2 screws, remove these. On the front edge of the panel there is one screw, remove it. On the rear edge of the panel there are 2 screws, remove these. On the bottom edge of the panel there are 2 more screws, remove these. Pull outward on the bottom of the panel first to release the clips.
Check the LF door jamb wiring and make sure theres no broken wires. You'll have to pull the boot back to look. Here's the diagnostic procedure:

Thanks for the info I will give it a try but this is my wife's car and she is out ot town.I forgot to mention we have been having a few problems with this car it is also has a problem with the automatic climate control where the heater will come on full blast and at the same time the radio will either not come on or it willcome on but you will not be able to change station or volume.This just a few problems but trying to get windows fixed first starting to get nice here and would be nice to open windows.

This should be helpfull. I was going to post a similar question but thought I would see if it was answered before posting. I have a 2002 Taurus. By the way thanks for all the help on my post about the temp. blend door actuator. Looks like I may need to finally invest in a multimeter.
