The car would have to be up in the air considerably (1-2 Feet I think) to get it out from the bottom, radiator doesn't have to come out. You remove the aeroshield, unbolt the P/S / Trans cooler and set it aside still hooked up, discharge the A/C system, disconnect the lines, remove the upper retaining bolts through the access holes in the upper radiator support, remove the lower retaining bolts, and lift the condensor off the support brackets and lower it down. Installation is reverse of removal.
