Smart Junction Box cover
Going to install a remote start on my 2006 Taurus. I'm trying to locate a couple wires and would like to have access to the three SJB's to check for continuity and voltage. Is there any way to remove the plastic cover from them to more easily get at the pins?? I tried to loosen and remove the bolt from the center, but it seems to pull the whole plug off and I ended up resetting my digital odometer settings by pulling the lower SJB out too far. The plastic covers seem loose, but can't figure out if they slide off or I have to pull the connector off. Thanks!!
