I found squeaks from the CV joint when turn left sharply. The boot looks good. Accordingly want to check the CV joint. Could someone tell me the steps to get out the CV joint and needed tools? Thanks in advance.

I would strongly suggest you go to your local Auto supply store (like a Auto Zone, or Advance Auto) and buy a Haynes manual for this Make and year.

I have always found this to be reliable information. But as tools are concern you will need a variety of them...from wrenches to pry bars...Hammers to General pullers...

Is this the Inner or outer CV Joint?....As for just checking the Joint itself you can cut away the Boot, and buy a Replacement Boot Kit for the stores above.

You can get a rebuilt axle for under $150 usually. It's a lot simpler to just replace it.

The Raxles are new not rebuilt axles. Having a SHO with unique axles the cost is higher. But a big difference between rebuilt and new.
