Taurus 00-06 RH headlight

I noticed that the RH headlight on my 02 Taurus SES collects a significant amount of moisture on the inside. I don't believe it makes a different in night vision, but it sure looks crappy. Anyway, I went on ebay to look fo a replacement and I noticed that 90% of the headlights for sale are LH. Is there a known issue with the seal of RH headlights? If so, anything that Ford replaces for free even if warranty is obviously over?
Thanks!

If there are no cracks then I would make sure the O ring on the bulb capsule is intact. I have a 01 with no problems so I don't know

Re: Taurus 00-06 RH headlight

Thanks. I did check for cracks and the O rings are intact and installed correctly. I took the bulbs out and reinstalled them. Let's see what happens. Could it be possible that moisture is just trapped inside? Maybe if I let it dry first and then put the bulbs back in...or maybe it's just a stupid idea...

mre_power, thanks for the links. However, I just found it strange that 90% of the listings are for the drivers side. Either people have a tendnecy to wreck the right hand side of their cars or there is a defect with RH headlights.

There should be some sort of a vent on the headlight. Make sure it doesn't have a spider nest or something in it. Some have a U shaped rubber tube and some have a mushroom shaped thing.
