So I went to The Ford Website... put in my VIN number it told me my car is

3.0L V6 EFI

Now I went to a website that sells parts cheap - Rockauto.com. I tried to find my car but it only listed

3.0L V6 DOHC
3.0L V6 FLEX OHV
3.0L V6 OHV

I got confused and decided to do another search for my engine type using my VIN Again

3.0L OHV V6 - Vulcan Flex-Fuel (E85/Ethanol)

Still confused. I was going to buy parts from The 3.0L V6 OHV, but my car is a flex fuel... Im thinking it might be 3.0L V6 FLEX OHV

What should I do?

If the 8th digit of your vin is:

2 - 3.0L Flex Fuel
U - 3.0L (most common)
S - 3.0L DOHC
