RichG Registered User Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: New Jersey Posts: 1	Vehicle Speed Sensor Replacement. I have a 96 Sable with the duratec 24v motor and AX4N transmission. How hard is to change the VSS and can you give me a lil info on how to do it? Thank you for your help.

PopaTim Registered User Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 8	Re: Vehicle Speed Sensor Replacement. According to the search feature of this website, the VSS is accessible from either the top or the wheelwell as it points straight up and down, there is one bold holding it down and one wire connector, then you just pull it straight out.
