Hi guys I got a washer fluid problem seems like the wipers work but no actual fluid comes out and the tank for it is full. I'm guessing its the washer fluid pump? The Sable has been parked for 2-3 yrs away just a few months ago I started to redrive it so could it be the washerfluid pump? If so where is it located?

The windshield washer pump is located right up against the washer reservoir .. in the pre '90 Sables it's in a molded hole in the bottom (engine side) of the reservoir tank (held in with a spring clip), later models have a dent molded in the front of the reservoir which houses the pump.

So Im guessing i have to take off the washerfluid and coolant reservoir to be able to get at the pump?

You don't give the year but I'm guessing it's an early model (you mention a combined reservoir so it's most likely a late 80's) ... one screw holds the reservoir in place. It's possible that you have a fuse or switch problem but I'd give odds on a corroded pump (you could use a test light across the pump plug terminals to ensure that power is reaching the pump).
