what engine you have? I also have a 98 SE. I have the 24V Duratec which is one fast engine for this car.

1998 Ford Taurus SE w/24V Duratec:
-Autophysics cold air intake
-Magnecor 8.5mm competition plug wires
-Bosch platinum plugs
-Rally racing driving lights
-17" Prime 134 tuner wheels
-KVR cross-drilled rotors and Carbon Fiber brake pads
-Yakima roof rack
-Panasonic head unit
-4 JL Audio 10W0's
-Kenwood 5x7's
-Kenwood 4 channel amp
-Sony 4 channel amp
-Power Acoustics 180w tweeters
much much more.....................

With the SHO we can't do anything with the head unit....which I hate...but I did add a 12" sub and amp in the trunk to get some real "bass". Thank god too...it needed it.

I owned a MTX '93 SHO with 600 watts of power, dual 12" subs and a plate of SHOTUNZ...sometimes I miss that baby!

The 24V Duratec is a great engine....but have you guys ever driven the V8 SHO?? Just checking....
