Where's the temp sensor?

My 97 sable with the larger dual exhaust engine is giving a code that the coolant temp sensor is giving a voltage reading too high. I guess there are two sensors and the one that feeds the dash gauge reads fine. But the one that talks to the computer is off. Is there someplace here or online where there are exploded views or something that I could see where this is? If it's something I can get to and change easily myself? Or is the best thing just to go to the dealer parts dept and ask them to pull up a drawing with it?

Thanks

Re: Where's the temp sensor?

On the drivers side of the engine in the aluminum water pipe. It's the one with two wires.

check for One of them is located on the driver side of the engine below the air intake hose on the upper heater hose connection next to the engine.

Or Go buy a Haynes Auto Manual for your car...this will help you locate is easier.
