Hi I received gret help here with my expy so I hope this will be the same. My 03 mustang gt brake lights will not come on unless you press the pedal as hard as you can all the way to the floor. So it makes it hard to drive so I have parked it because I never know if they are coming on or not. If you tap them like you normally would they barely flicker or nothing at all. Any idea what this could be or how I could fix it because I really miss driving my stang. Thanks for any suggestions.

Look to see if you can adjust the the sensor switch on the brake pedal arm. Also, sometimes there is a strike plate/pad that comes unglued and would account for the difference in pedal travel before the switch is enguaged. Hope this helps.
