1996 EEC V, PATS bypass?

After swapping engines, how can I bypass the PCM PATS to allow car to run. I do not have original keys from junkyard donor.... Who can reflash, do I need aftermarket chip? I need options, Help.. Greg

You can't bypass the system. A locksmith or the dealer can program a key for you.
