I have a 1999 mustang and It is loosing water I heard there is an intake manifold problem. Is there a recall on the item? And is there a web with all the recalls?

Yes, there is a recall on any 4.6L engine that has the plastic manifold with plastic coolant crossover. I would take it to the dealership and have them look at it. If something is wrong with your manifold, they'll replace it for free under the recall.
