Well I hunted down the information myself.
http://www.2005stang.com/gallery/alb...hesonaccel.pdf Technical Service Bulletin 06-9-9 states...Some 2005-2006 Mustangs may exhibit a hesitation on acceleration after a long cruise. After coming to a stop from a highway type cruise, some vehicles may experience a hesitation when the customer begins to accelerate. Air bubbles can form around the fuel pump during a long cruise and be ingested into the pump on acceleration causing a hesitation....This is not the only issue. After talking to other 05-06 Mustang owners the car does not only hesitate is accelerates excessively after the hesitation and it is not always after driving highway speeds. Although Ford know about the problem, if you don't report it every time it happens then WHEN it causes and accident they will not be held responsible.
