302/351 windsor

a mate of mine just bought a 67 hardtop mustang and he is thinking of changing the 289 windsor to a 351 windsor.I know the 351 has a taller deck height of the block but is there any visual differance between the 289,302,351? thanks.

Re: 302/351 windsor

If im not mistaken none of the 289's or 302's where ever built on the windsor divission. They are all clevelands.
Now the 351 Windsor does have a taller deck and my fastest way to tell would be the casting codes on the manifold.
