i have an 93 lx, that i would like to put the motor and trans out of my 86 cougar into and i dont know where to start or if it will even be compatable! i am going to pull the motor and trans this weekend and start the engine build up! but i dont know if i need to get a harness out of a 86 mustang to do the swap, or if the cars are close enough to maybe do it! is there a way to use just the engine and trans harness and cumputer, with aftermarket gauges or is it advisable to find a harness to make it a plug in type a deal? any info or sites that will help is much apreciated! and thanks in advance! matt
