Question 96 Gt

Hey,
I just found the first mustang that was older than a 99 that I want. Check out the pictures and the list of mods and let me know what you think.

He said he has the stock spoiler, so picture it without the riced out look.

drag strip

He took it to the drag strip yesterday and ran a 13.59 at 103.

He said:

A) I've never raced on a drag stip before, B) Bad traction because
I refuse to burn out on $200 tires, C) I was taking it easy on the car and
not power shifting or anything... and I ran a 13.59 at 103mph

Check out the list of mods it already has and let me know if you think I could get it into the 12's. I will get some Nitrous and I want to sell the SVO s/c and the ported 98 GT heads and get some 99 Cobra heads and a new s/c. (The SVO won't fit 99 Cobra Heads)

I think it looks great. Good idea not to burn up tires and cluch trying to launch. When I had a GT, I went through tires and cluch in one year and that is expensive. Especially since I had the metic size wheels on my 82.

wow

okay a little humor, can you say the fast and the furious? i like the mods but i have no use for the newer body styles, sorry! i would like to put all of that stuff into a 93 and scare some people! hawkrod (i just can't keep my tastes in the same decade i'm living in!)

Models

I never did like any models older than 94... At first I didn't even like the 94-98, and all I liked were the 99+.

I think this mustang is the only one I like more than a 99+.
