96 GT without cats

I purchased a 96 GT which had the factory catalytic convertors removed and headers and H pipe and magnaflow system installed, my question is can I have 2 cats installed and keep remaining system to pass e-check in Ohio?..thxs

as long as there are no exhaust leaks and it has o2 sensors, it should be fine to install aftermarket cats and pass the test
