'97 V6 AC/heater not working?

Heater and AC does not work. I thought it just needed some Freon but I filled it up last night and still nothing. No air blows out of the vents, but the compressor under the hood works fine. Any ideas what's wrong?

If you here the fan running, it could either be something plugging the fan or the bypass damper is stuck.

Check the actuator for the temperature door. In addition, notice the heater hoses. If the heater hoses are cool, you may need thermostat, or in some cases the heater core needs to be flushed. So the coolant can flow through it better.
