Air bag codes
I have a 94 Ford Mustang 3.8. I lost an alternator and drove it home as far as I could until the battery gave up. Got it home and installed new alternator and went on with my day. But now the Air bag light is giving me a code 52 which after hours of searching I find is a low voltage code from the air bag controller. After more internet searching I find the procedure to reset the thing. It refers to a wiring harness behind the glove box and shorting out term 631 to 57 and getting a tone from the warning chime. According to the info I got I can't find the thing or anything that even looks close to it. Anyone ever been through this? Dealership is zero help.
Figured it out finally. Involves a little soldering and being flexible. I made up a step by step Word document with pictures. If anyone is in need of it contact me and I'll E-Mail it to you
