Question Airbag light Mustang

I have a 02 Mustang which I replaced the rack on after completeing the task I connected the battery cable and now the airbag light flashes a code it flashes 3 times and then 2 times. Can anyone tell me what this means or how to reset the light.

Code 32 is: Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open

Couldn't tell you how to reset it. That's what I'm searching the forum for too. :)
